Any product returned must be in new condition. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please include your order/invoice number and add a note with the reason for return/exchange and the new color you would like instead, if you chose to exchange. For refunds, your total without shipping charges will be refunded when your return arrives.
We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges on custom products (custom cords, custom stoles, custom tassels, etc.) or clearance items.
We DO NOT accept returns after 30 days from receiving your product.
